      Editer une pièce

      INITIAL - Facilitez la lecture de votre plan et de votre tableau de surface en éditant et personnalisant vos pièces.

      Typer une pièce

      1. In the step 'Layout' click on the 'Room type' tab
      2. Select the thumbnail matching your room, then click again on the area representing the room.

      Test edit

      ❗Depending on the room type, some room options come preconfigured. For example, the 'Annex area' checkbox is automatically selected for a room classified as 'Garage'.

       

       

      Éditer une pièce

      Select the room you want to edit. After selecting the room you typed, the 'Information' panel on the right will appear, enabling you to modify the room's name.

      1. Edit its name.

      2. Define it as an annex area.

      3. Deactivate the ceiling with the ON/OFF button.

      4. Edit the ceiling thickness.

      5. Deactivate the floor with the ON/OFF button.

      6. Edit the finished floor thichness.

      7. Add or remove the baseboard.

      ❗The ceiling thickness and finished floor thickness affect the 'Height under ceiling', which cannot be edited directly. Check out this tutorial to edit the heights of your level.

       

      Pièces : Cas particuliers

      • Pièces exclues des surfaces (« Trémie» / « Vide sur hall») > Ces pièces n'apparaissent plus dans le tableau des surfaces (aucune surface apparente, car elles n'ont pas de sol).

      • Rooms in Annex Areas (e.g., 'Technical Room') > They are not counted in the 'Display LA / TIA' option and do not represent the finished roof thickness in section plans.
      • Pièces en surfaces annexes (par exemple, « Combles récupérables ») > Elles ne sont pas prises en compte dans l'option « Afficher SH / SU » et ne représentent pas l'épaisseur du toit fini dans les plans en coupe.
